    We ship orders from Monday to Saturday everyday. Expect your order to arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
  • What are your international shipping policies?
    Due to regulatory complexities and costs, we no longer ship internationally, including to Canada.
  • Can you deliver to Hawaii?
    Yes, we deliver to Hawaii.
  • Which shipping carriers do you use?
    We currently use USPS or UPS for all shipments.
  • Is in-store pickup available for online orders?
    Yes, select the 'Store Pickup' option during checkout.
  • What is your return policy?
    All online sales are final. We guarantee healthy, living plants but cannot guarantee the condition of buds or flowers upon arrival.
  • Will my plant match the online images exactly?
    Plants will match the provided descriptions, but slight variations in flower appearance may occur, especially for seed-grown plants. Our greenhouse conditions may also result in minor foliage imperfections.
  • How do you handle increased demand?
    During busy periods, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping. We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill all orders efficiently.
